Product: Envy x360 Convertible (00326-95901-07173-AAOEM)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a Envy x360 Convertible Model 15 which I want to connect 2 external monitors to. The machine has 1 x HDMI port, 1x USB 2.0 port and 2 x USB 3.0 ports. (It doesn't have any usb C ports).  I have connected 1 monitor using the HDMI and that works fine but when I try to connect the 2nd monitor using the USB 3 port and a converter to HDMI the Envy doesn't do anything. It's like I've haven't plugged it in.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong.

Did you get a converter that has Displaylink as the converter.

Do you have a link to the adapter.

Did the device come with any drivers? Or a download link for the drivers?

Could you provide the actual link to the device on amazon (there are loads of them).
