Probook 450 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have just received a\ Probook 450 G7 notebook at my workplace, but I was surprised to find out there was only one video port, which is an HDMI.

Utill now I was used to work with two additional displays to the right and the left side of the notebook.

Is it possible to accomplish the same and what would be the solutions to do that?

Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...

Here is the HP spec sheet for your model PC:  http://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/getpdf.aspx/4AA7-5898EEAP.pdf

If you look a the Ports and Connectors entries you will see that the USB 3.1 Type-C port claims to support DisplayPort -- which means you can connect a monitor to that, but if it does not have a DP port on the monitor, you would have to use an adapter to connect the DP cable to the port on the monitor.
