My HP Victus laptop which is only 3 months old has faced multiple dim/blac screen issues for which first the Screen got replaced and now one month later RAM got replaced and now they have ordered a motherboard saying its a motherboard issue. This is the Third part being replaced in just 3 months. And the HP support team has been absolutely hopeless in helping out. They tell me parts have been ordered one day and then 4 days later call me and tell me again that parts have been ordered. The Engineer tells me he will come on this day and he will come the next day in the mornings on a working day when I specifically requested him to come after 4pm. The screen was also having this on and off dim/ black issue where the screen is only visible on using a flashlight in a dark room. Once they changed the ram, its no longer on/ off but just completely dim or black all the time now. Im absolutely fed up and this laptop is useless now, i havent been able to do any work properly for the last few weeks. I want to escalate this issue and get a replaced unit but the support people keep parroting the '14-day policy' to me again and again. I've used other company laptops for years and never had such annoying complaints at all.
