Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I have 2 laptops connected with the same dock to 2 monitors but I am getting different results from the 2 laptops.
Dock is HP USB C Dock G5
Monitor 1 is HP Z27
Monitor 2 is Samsung LC27F59
Both are connected to the dock using displayport 1.4 cables
Laptop 1 is Dell XPS 13 9305 with Intel iris graphics and when connected via usbC to the dock successfully shows 1920 resolution on both screens.
Laptop 2 is HP EliteBook 850 G6 Notebook with Intel HD graphics and when connected via usbc does not allow the Samsung monitor it's full resolution. It only allows up to 1280 in windows display settings.
Any help would be appreciated!
