Pavilion Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought 2 HP 24f monitors. My laptop only has one HDMI port so I also bought a J5create triple display docking station. Both monitors work fine when individually plugged into the laptop's HDMI port. Both monitors also work fine when plugged into the docking station HDMI port. The second HDMI port on the dock says you can use either HDMI or Display port. So when I plug into that HDMI port, I get nothing. Anyone encounter this before? I've verified all drivers are up to date.

Are they (your Pavilion machine and J5create triple display docking) compatible ?  There are dozens of generations and hundreds of models/products called Pavilion machines around, what is yours ? Please use the following way to find out model/product of your machine

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
