I have for a year used my Envy x360 connected to a 3rd party dock over USB-C. (I had to also connect the power cable to the laptop)
Keyboard, mouse, a monitor on HDMI and a monitor on Displayport connected to the dock was working well for a long time.
Now, the keyboard and mouse still work like this, but none of the monitors are recognized.
To isolate the issue, I have also tested with a second laptop (Dell), and everything works well then.
I have noticed somebody else mention that a bios-upgrade in December introduced issues, but I do not know if this is the problem. I have looked for a way to try to downgrade the bios, but have not found any.
Could somebody help me?
Thanks

I have the exact same issue. my docking station worked well until this morning and now it is unable to detect my 2 monitors connected to the docking station. the keyboard and mouse work fine though.
Were you able to find a solution for this?
