HP Active Pen G3 connected but not working on my HP ENVY x360 2-in-1 Laptop 13-bf0xxx.

  • Check Battery: Ensure that the battery of your HP Active Pen G3 is not depleted. If it uses a replaceable battery, try replacing it with a fresh one. If it's rechargeable, connect it to a charger to ensure it has enough power.
  • Pair the Pen: Make sure the pen is properly paired with your laptop. Depending on your laptop model, this might involve Bluetooth pairing or simply inserting the battery and tapping it on the screen to establish a connection.
  • Update Drivers: Ensure that your laptop has the latest drivers for the active pen. You can go to the HP support website, enter your laptop's model number, and download and install the latest drivers for your device.
  • Check Pen Compatibility: Confirm that the HP Active Pen G3 is compatible with your specific HP ENVY x360 model. Sometimes, pens may not work with certain models, so it's essential to check compatibility.
