HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch0000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Envy Laptop with Windows 11 has an HP Wide Vision HD Camera but apparently no infrared capacity so I can't use Windows Hello facial recognition.  How do I rectify this?
