Product: HP Laptop 15-dy1043dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I have a new HP laptop and new HP docking station wanting to connect to duel monitors but, HP laptop will not recognize docking station.

Both monitors work connected directly into laptop works fine.

I have Dell laptop when connected into docking station works fine with play & play with no issues

What is your docking station ? It may not compatible with your HP machine.
