I assume you can see the mouse cursor in BIOS or diagnostics before windows boots.
Go to this site and try methods 1 and 3. Basically change your point to something else then change back.

I assume you have touch screen. If not then read this.
The touchpad drivers for your system are here but they are 3 years old
