Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Cannot screen mirror my laptop to my TCL Roku TV.  When I attempt to connect I get the "starting video from" screen on the TV with a purple bar 1/3 filled in.  Then nothing happens.

When I go to windows settings Bluetooth and devices it lists the TCL Roku TV as not connected.  I've removed it and adding it back several times but to no avail.

I've called TCL customer support and they say it is a problem with my laptop.

Any ideas?

I tried all your recommendations.  They did not work.  I think I need to get a miracast dongle and attach it to my TV.  That is what I found by researching others who had this problem.

I called TCL customer service and they are insisting something is wrong with my laptop.
