Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Spectrex360 laptop is separating from the bottom on both sides and gets very hot when I am charging it.  Is there any way that I can receive information from an HP employee as to what I need to do for this problem?  I know that the laptop is out of warranty, but I would like to know if it can be repaired and what it would entail to do so.  I have attached pictures of the way it looks.  ( I am not sure if I chose the correct board, but I hope that someone can get me to the correc

Hi@CARW22,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing Hinge issues with the HP Spectre X360 Notebook. I apologize for the Inconvenience.

It is a hardware issue on the PC. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out. HP provides repair or service options for out of warranty products as well. Hence I encourage you to contact HP support for all warranty service options.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
