HP Recommended

I used USB-C to C cable connect a monitor and my HP notebook (ZBook Ultra G1a 14 inch) via USB-C 10 Gbps or Thunderbolt 4, but the monitor could not be detected by the notebook (no update in the Win11 Device Manager). This monitor works well with my another notebook with the same USB-C cable, and this monitor also works well with a USB-C docker (connecting the HP notebook) via a HDMI cable. The DP alt mode of the USB-C 10 Gbps and Thunderbolt 4 of the HP notebook might not work.
