Product: HP Pavilion x360 Laptop - 14-dh2671cl
Hello - I have tried every driver on the HP support site and cannot get my keyboard and mouse pad to work in Windows (except for brief moments). Both keyboard and trackpad work perfectly in the BIOS menus and they work briefly sometimes when I freshly install windows but with windows updates (cannot determine which one), the trackpad stops working first and then the keyboard stops working. I have to use an external keyboard and mouse. NONE of the drivers on the HP support site work. I have at least a full 24 hours into trying to figure this out. Is there a secret driver that I can download to fix this? Otherwise, the laptop works perfectly.
