Now one can come at me and call me a moron but for some reason the laptop screen is broken on the side, it's obvious that the problem is with the hinges and that the screen cracked cause I used it as a tablet, the touchscreen on the right side is now not working. I have been very careful with this laptop as it had cost me more than 100k. There has not been a single crack on my device with how I have treated it, but yesterday I closed it (it was fine when I closed it) and saw a crack when I opened it all while I did it very gently . I opened it with care like how I closed it with care. Now I don't want any customer service agent to tell me that the screen damage can not be treated under warranty when the said damage was not customer induced in first place. The laptop could not last for more than two months, if I did not cause the crack is it not a defect with how weak the hinges and screen is? Can't claim that it broke because I used it as a 'tablet' when it's supposed to be a 2-in-1 in first place and i rarely use that facility. I want a solution, I want the the screen fixed without having to spend half the price of the laptop. I don't care about how many calls I have to make or how many proof I have to send.
