Hello,

In October, last year the pen that was given with the computer broke, so I bought a new one from the official HP store.

On the store page, the pen resulted compatible with my computer.

A few months later, when it was delivered, I tried it and it worked only partially. At the time it wasn't a big deal, but now that I have to use it a lot it's a big problem. Now I have the same issues I had when it arrived:

  1. The pen is always in what seems to be "Presentation" mode;
  2. The tip of the pen does literally nothing;
  3. Neither the "A" button (The bottom one) nor the "B" button (the "eraser") doesn't work;
  4. The "eraser" of the pen works as if it is the tip.

I tried checking for updates on the computer, rebooting it, pairing and unpairing the pen, using the HP Pen control app and contacting support, but none of these options worked.
