hi,

  My HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs1000tx  notebook screen keeps flickering and the screen shifts some pixels right and scrool bar appears right.

tha image is attached below.

I tried updating the display driver but it is up to date. i also updated the BIOS.I i move cursor to extreme right end of screen it is seen on  left sideI i move cursor to extreme right end of screen it is seen on left side

Welcome to HP support community.

 

I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting, 

If the issue persists in the BIOS screen which is outside windows, it would confirm a hardware failure 

 

If the screen looks fine in BIOS, then follow the below steps:

Update the chipset and graphics drivers

Refer to Downloading or Updating Software and Drivers for HP Computers for detailed instruction to update the drivers.

 

Make sure Windows is updated.

  1. In Windows 10, search for and open Windows Update.

  2. On the Settings Update and Security screen, click Windows Update.

  3. Follow any on-screen instructions.
