Dear community,

 

Since mid May, my PC ENVY x360 doesn't detect the second screen any longer.

As per HP assistance recommandation, I reinstalled several times the drivers and lastly proceed a full PC reinstallation from scratch but it doesn't help.

 

I use USB universal docking station which works fine with other PC.

 

The second screen is connected to the USB docking via HDMI port, and docking connected via USB-C port.

The ENVY PC doesn't provide HDMI connector and so must use docking.

 

Any idea or suggestion would be warmly welcome
