Product: HP Compaq L2311c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have  HP Compaq L2311c monitor 

  Not working with my PC 

im i want to connect L2311c to my pc via VGA port  but not working   Not response   I have new graphics card RTX 2060 Super new   I want to connect L2311c to this card by display  adapter  but unfortunately not working 

i try to conect  L2311c to old laptop with  Win10  its working good 

 I  try to install all drivers  same thing 

 

what is the problem 

 

help me

@L2311c Welcome to HP Community!

 

I understand that you are unable to connect the monitor with your computer using VGA port.

 

According to the graphics card RTX 2060 specification. There is no VGA port. How you are connecting to the monitor.

 

Please let us know whiall ports are available apart from the VGA.
