I have looked up countless YouTube videos trying to resolve the black screen issue, I have contacted virtual support and i followed every step and it still hasn't fixed my issue, when I plug a HDMI cable into my laptop it works on the other monitor. I have installed all the drivers and it still hasn't solved the issue; can someone please help me?

As you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
