Product: HP Chromebook 11a-na0035nr

My Chromebook doesn't want to accept or reads "error configuring network" I have a TMobile internet such as C870, it works well with my TV,cell phone, but won't ,the Chromebook, connect to internet, I've tried rebooting both devices, re entering the password multiple times with no avail, could some one please help
