Product: HP Notebook 15t-dy100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My computer screen keeps turning black and keeps blinking every time I install the regular windows update. When I go online to install an intel driver it works better. I haven't installed anything weird and this happened out of nowhere. No funny business with hardware changes or physical damage. My mouse pointer is now fuzzy no matter which one I pick. What is happening? Help!

Let me check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Please report your results
