My hp laptop screen is flickering.

I am having hp laptop with me. sometimes while restarting the laptop, my screen starts flickering and blackens out. Even while flickering, sometimes it gets normal for second and then flickers out. I have to restart once twice and thrice and then it goes away and it works absolutely fine. Rarely while working it starts doing this again. but this happens very rarely. Not sure why it happens. I have checked my drivers, these seems to be latest updated one.

2 drivers: Intel(R) UHD (Version: 26.20.100.7926 (2-25-2020)) and Nvidia GeForce Mx250 (31.0.15.2892 (4-6-2023))

Not sure if it is hardware issue or drivers issue.  Can someone please help me with what all things which i can do to check.
