Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I put the system on sleep for a few minutes and when I turned it back on, the whole screen has been showing white and it’s past 24 hrs. It’s an hp corei5 PC

A hard reset should fix the problem

  • Turn on the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release.
  • Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer.

If the problem happens a second time let me know as that indicates a problem with windows fast start.
