Hi Hp and community,

My keyboard not working. I could not find it in the market. Please advise me where I can order it. please see the attached photo. also, the rubber beeding around the screen is damaged. if that one also available on. im in UAE call me at [Personal Information Removed]hp-d.jpghp-c.jpghp-b.jpghp-a.jpg any hp site please help me.

I see that your computer is pretty old and there are no service options available from HP. However, you can check online and you might find the keyboard for your computer.

Hi, do hp have spare part for keyboard so that I can order online? Or can you share me link where I will get it. Right now I’m in United Arab Emirates. In Dubai. I need to replace my keyboard immediately.. hp ,hp community pls help me

As informed earlier, your computer is pretty old and there are no service options available from HP for your computer. You need to check online or get it fixed locally.
