My keyoard for my HP split does not work. Is there something I can try? how much is used one?

hp split keyboard doesn't work.  2nd now my on screen keep notpopping up

Did you have any accidents with the device? dropped it or spilled anything on it?

When was the last time it worked? Any recent updates that caused this issue?

• If the issue persists, check with an external USB or wireless keyboard to see if that works.
