I purchased this laptop six months ago. I often use the camera for work, but recently someone pointed out to me that the quality of the video is really bad. I had never noticed that, so I can't say if it has always been this way.

Unfortunately I'm just a standard user and I don't have advanced computer skills. I can say that there are no driver conflicts, that the webcam drivers have been updated both ways (automatically/via usb), that I haven't changed any settings regarding the camera, and that this problem occurs both through programs such as Skype, Zoom etc, either by simply opening the Camera program on the laptop.

What else could I try?

 

(I apologize in advance for any incorrect translation of the commands, English is not my native language and my laptop is therefore set in a different language)
