Product: HP Laptop 15s-eq2xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop doesnt work with USB-C Dock G5 to see my screen on two extern screens. Not via USB C port or I tried HDMI and that doesnt work also. Do I need different cable or driver (I downloaded some). Thanks for help!

What is your HP Laptop 15s-eq2xxx  ? It should have same ports as the following machine

 

       HP Laptop 15s-eq2064AU

 

It ONLY has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine
  • Connect to an external monitor with / without hub/dock/adapter
