hi

I have an HP laptop that was working fine. I have two additional monitors. They were both working fine. Now the laptop will not extend the display to show a different window on each of the three screens (laptop, monitor 1 and monitor 2). In the display settings it shows three monitors in the "organise your displays" window but calls the laptop "display 1" and the other two monitors both "2/3". It will extend the display to 1 and 2 or 1 and 3 but not 1, 2, and 3.

There is an error message on opening the PC relating to the Desktopextentsion.exe.

I googled and other suggestions said uninstall the HP Command Center app and reinstall. I don't have the HP Command Center app so I've uninstalled myHP and HPSmart. and reinstalled but nothing has happened. I can't find HP Command center app and not sure it will make any difference.

Any thoughts please as it's quite annoying 🙂

thanks!
Jenni
