Hello,
I have an HP Envy x360 15m-eu0 Convertible PC (267R7AV.) I've had it since the end of 2021. It's always worked perfectly but recently, the screen has started to go black for a few seconds and then comes back. This happens randomly. It's connected by HDMI cable to a second monitor. When the blackout happens, the extra monitor will also go black for a few seconds.
It happened again today except the laptop screen stayed black. The computer was still on as the extra monitor stayed on this time (didn't flicker or turn black) and all of my windows stayed open. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse and was able to still type and move the mouse as everything showed up on the extra monitor. I was able to restart it and it came back with both screens on and running as usual.
I went the HP page to see about installing drivers, etc after doing a little research online. However, my operating system is Windows 11 but it's Version is 23H2 (OS Build 22631.4169) and there are no drivers available. Not sure what it could be.
