HP X27q QHD Gaming Monitor
Microsoft Windows 11

My monitor won't display an image while connected to a DisplayPort as a display.  HDMI is fine, but I have that reserved for my Nintendo Switch, and I don't get the full QHD resolution with an HDMI cable.  I even bought a new DisplayPort Cable  It  worked when I had it connected to a separate PC by itself, but once I added it while the other pc was in use, The same issue occurred.  The monitor is aslo trying to set itself as the main monitor, and the monitor is connected and detected, but will not display an image.  Instead I get the message that says "DisplayPort going to sleep".IMG_2325.jpg

What is your machine ?

Where do you connect to using DisplayPort ?

Probably your HDMI port (from host) does NOT support QHD,

Regards.

My machine is a custom built gaming PC.  I connect it onto my Graphics Card.  I can provide a full list of specs if that will help.
