Microsoft Windows 11

My one month old HP Spectre 360 X 14, 13 inch laptop w OLED display is SO scratched from light usage. There is a big scratch going across the top of the screen as well as 2 distinct holes in the screen from the metal body hitting the fragile screen when it is closed. I am shocked, I paid1500 dollars for this laptop to be destroyed in one month. There are also scratches in the metal body from the screen rubbing on it. Additionally, there are so many scratches on the screen, from the pen. I have used the pen sio lightly and barely. The scratches very faint but there also holes left from the pen. There are too many scratches from one month of usage. Iwould like to talk to someone about this and get is replaced.
