My screen picture looks broken but I just got the lap top friday morning . Set it up okay and there is no visible damage to the computer. I did not drop it.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Is it possible to share the screenshots as to what is shown on the display?

 

Have you checked with an external monitor?

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
