Product: HP Pro x360 435 13.3 inch G10 Notebook PC (71C21AV)

My model is HP Pro x360 435 G10. I use a second monitor, Samsung TV monitor with HDMI cable. The cable and monitor work fine with another laptop. My HP updates are all up to date, as well as my Windows 11 updates. I have tried shutdown, restart, download of AMD Video Drivers and control panel and Display Link Graphic Driver. No success after downloads plus restart. Second monitor still not detected at Settings<System<Display<Multiple Monitors<Detect
