Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My son picked up our laptop by the screen. It cracked and is now black. Laptop is working fine on external monitor and it switches on no problem.I need a new screen but finding it extremely difficult to source one. Please help.
