My touchpad dont work when I type on keyboard

 

Hi, I need some help. I want to play Minecraft, but when I’m clicking on the keyboard and trying to rotate the camera using the touchpad, the camera gets stuck, even though I'm constantly clicking on the touchpad. How can I fix this?

  • Have you checked the touchpad settings to see if there are any options related to touchpad responsiveness while typing?
  • Have you recently updated your touchpad drivers? If not, would you like guidance on how to check for updates?
  • Have you adjusted any settings within Minecraft that might affect the touchpad's functionality?
  • Is the touchpad sensitivity set to a level that allows for smooth operation? Have you tested it with other applications?
  • Are you using an external mouse, and if so, does it behave the same way when you're typing?
  • Does the touchpad issue occur only when typing in Minecraft, or does it happen in other programs as well?

- yes and it didnt show anything connected to responsiveness

Have you recently updated your touchpad drivers? If not, would you like guidance on how to check for updates?
- i update everything in Windows

Have you adjusted any settings within Minecraft that might affect the touchpad's functionality?
-no, i didnt do anything in Minecraft

Is the touchpad sensitivity set to a level that allows for smooth operation? Have you tested it with other applications?
-yes it is, yes i did

Are you using an external mouse, and if so, does it behave the same way when you're typing?
-yes and i did not behave the same way, it works when i have external mouse plugged

Does the touchpad issue occur only when typing in Minecraft, or does it happen in other programs as well?
-it is happening in every program especially in games

Hi, this laptop is new (i bought it a week ago)

there were no errors

- When was the last time it was working fine?
