HP Pavilion - 14-ce2002np

Hi!

I connet my laptop hp pavilion -14-ce2002np to my lG TV and the pc recognizes the second screen. The tv recognizes that the HDMI port is active but it presents the frase "no signal". 
I have the duplicate sreen opction on.
I have all ready tried to connect the hdmi to other ports, i have turned off and on the tv and the computer and it doesn't work.
Can you please help me?

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the computer was working fine?
  • Have you tried connecting an external monitor or a TV to the HDMI port and checked?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
