Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop has an issue with the new Iris Pro display driver: the screens start flickering, and the main problem is that, unless I uninstall the driver, I can’t use my laptop properly. Additionally, there is no previous version of the driver available for me to revert to. It only works with the basic Microsoft display driver, which disables some essential features I need for work. To make matters worse, the new driver reinstalls itself periodically, causing the same issues and disrupting my work again.

Please provide the Product ID or exact model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.

The following is all I know about the IRIS drivers.

Try updating using the intel support assistant

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html

If you have the iris graphics chip then this is the latest driver

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html

Let me know what you find out.
