Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Firstly, perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant: (do not skip any troubleshooting steps if you feel steps are repeating)

To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.

Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.

  1. To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon https://support.hp.com/doc-images/932/c05040382.jpg.
  2. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
  3. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
  4. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
  5. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
  6. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

My windows 10, BIOS & all drivers are up-to-date, hp support assistant showing no update available and there is no triangular yellowish symbol. I also tried for disabling windows secure boot option, that process is also not working. But when i tried to access the BIOS advance setting for Graphic mode option, surprisingly there is no BIOS advance setting. I don't know why HP  blocked BIOS advance setting. This problem started 3 year ago when my notebook age was 1 year 1 day just next day of warranty ending. That day suddenly my notebook freeze and stops working. I tried for all type of solutions. but nothing worked. so finally i done fresh windows 10 (with original key) installation. and from that day my device manager is not detecting graphics card and whenever i trying to install "451.48-notebook-win10-64bit-international-dch-whql.exe" it showing " This graphic driver could not find compatible graphics hardware". Now i just want to know what is the solution for this problem

Thank you for posting back.

I appreciate your efforts to try to resolve the issue. This sounds like the windows operating system is not installed correctly due to that computer is not recognizing the graphic card.

The last thing I can suggest trying to restore computer back to the factory settings. Performing an HP system recovery (Windows ) While doing the recovery there is an option to back up your personal files. If you have not previously done one now is a good time.

Restoring Files that were Backed Up Using HP Recovery Manager (Windows )You can also contact HP support for assistance. They can remotely access your system to help alleviate difficulties: www.hp.com/contacthp/

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

When my notebook faced that windows error problem. That time I contacted both my local authorized HP seller and online HP support. But it was very pathetic that both are not done any help without money because my warranty period was completed just one day ago. So I did the windows installation through Microsoft site download. Now all the recovery media which came with notebook was deleted that time. So there no option for inbuilt recovery media. Now I tried for your suggested HP cloud recovery and HP recovery tool but both are showing product ID invalid. So is there any option to download my HP AB523TX model recovery media download?
Or you just tell me how to unlock BIOS advance setting. I will try for other option. If you are now permitted to tell me in the community then you message me the process of unlocking BIOS advance setting.  And don’t worry about my PC configuration. If anything happens it will be my responsibility.
