I need a part number for the hinge kit on my laptop or a way to order them from HP.

Hi,

The part number for the hinge set is 925297-001 

You can find in HP parts store

Very expensive and usually if you replace the hinges the actual part where they attach also need to be replaced (back cover or top cover) so maybe better to buy the set online
