I called HP about a defective screen on this new barely used computer. I was told it was damaged and that is why the screen is not working. This computer has never been damaged, dropped misused. In fact has barely been used. There are no surface scratches are dents. It is simply a defective screen and is not working. I was told that despite this computer being in the 1 year warranty, HP will not either replace or repair this defective computer/screen. I would like to talk to a supervisor to address this issue and get this computer replaced. I am extremely unhappy with how HP has handled this matter. I have several HP computers in my office as well as at home. Please provide me with the contact email for HP complaints department.

Hi @South12
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience—it sounds incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially given the trust you've placed in HP products over the years.
A brand-new computer should work flawlessly, and it's understandable that you'd expect the warranty to cover a defective screen.
I'm sending you a private message to guide you on the next steps.
To access it, click the private message icon in the upper-right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your name.
Take care and have a great day!
Regards,
