Hey Everyone! My brand new HP wont screen rotate automatically when I want to use the tablet or conversion mode. Further mode the rotation lock button is greyed out and doesn't allow me to access it. The only way to rotate the screen is to manually select landscape (flipped) mode from the display in the setting but I figure this is counterintuitive. Please HELP!!!!!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the laptop is not switching to tablet mode when you rotate the screen.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?
