I had bought a new HP envy laptop and its not even been 5 months and i noticed dark circles around the corner of the screen and then the darkness moved in covering more of the screen and within weeks my screen was fully dark. As its been only 5 months and the product is still under manufacturing warranty i should get this fixed under warranty right. there is absolutely no physical damage to the laptop and no liquid spills on it but hp support says this is not covered in warranty and wont fix it. please help me on how to get this fixed under warranty. Thanks

Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you! 

 

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. However the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who would have an option to schedule a repair as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
