OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0001nl

Hi,

i hope someone could help me. I bought my Hp Omen 15-ek0001nl in august 2021 and it worked perfectly. Now, when i use my Notebook sometimes it shuts down and restarts on its own. Today it turneds off while I was playing and restarted with small pink lines all over the screen and it works very slowly, impossible to play some games when it has this pink lines. To remove them I always have to restart it again even several times and then it works again. The computer is very hot, I bought additional fans and the CPU reaches even 80/90 degrees while I only play League of Legends. At the store where I bought the computer he told me that it is due to the heat but it's not a problem of the screen, it's not broken. Now, i've payed a lot of money for this Notebook and i need to know what's the problem, i hope someone could explain me if it's a system problem or if it's something else, because today it crashed only with a video on youtube. I installed all the automatic updates of the computer, maybe an update is the problem. I have windows 10.

if the device is not registered yet, you will need:

- an invoice as proof

- product number (p/n)

- serial number (s/n)

Hi, 

thank you very much for your reply and for the informations! I bought the computer in a store in Italy on 28/08/2021 and it was the last Notebook in the store and on HP service they wrote that I bought it in December 2020 and so the warranty expired. I have sent a control request to HP assistance for the warranty with the prove that i've bought the Notebook on August 2021. I called the store here in Italy and I will take the computer to them and they'll send the Notebook to the HP assistance. It may be a graphic card problem.

The online warranty date is often wrong (mostly the date of manufacture!).

The warranty starts from the date of purchase (invoice) !
