Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-es0000 (268U3AV)
Product: HP Envy x360 Convertible
Problem: Display is black after powering it on and rebooting. I even tried to toggle the keyboard buttons to restore it. But, no luck. Please send help!
NOTE: Currently, I am using an external screen/monitor while the main screen on my laptop is not working.
UPDATE: It turns out that the brightness is NOT working properly -- I can see the framing of the windows that I opened on my screen, BUT it is still too dark. I have tried to toggle the brightness keys AND went to the settings to adjust it. BUT, still no luck.
