Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hey Everyone! So I bought this laptop yesterday and I've been going crazy trying to figure out how to get the touch screen working. This is supposed to be a convertible laptop. I checked the Pen and Touch Options it shows "No pen or Touch Input is Available for this display". It just doesn't make sense. can anyone help me please? pen and touch.pngdevice manager.png
