Hi,
I have an HP -AC120TX laptop with configuration intel i3-5005U and AMD R5-M330 graphics. I was working on my laptop like I usually do when suddenly its display turned blank (turned off). I tried to restart it, changed the ram but nothing happened. Then I connected an external monitor through HDMI (only display port present) and checked the same. It showed the display perfectly. Then I tried updating the graphics driver by uninstalling then installing it again. I downloaded the AMD adrenaline graphics from AMD Radeon™ R5 M330 Previous Drivers | AMD but to my shock it showed the image below.
What should I do?

Laptop display issues are usually due to screen failures, video chip failures, or both. The display on your external monitor confirms the video chip is still working, so it is the laptop screen that has failed.
These can be very difficult and expensive to replace.
We are not able, or permitted, to provide any repair estimates or equipment prices.
For this information, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.
Since you live outside the U.S., here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: https://support.hp.com/us-en/service-center
If that link does not provide you sufficient information, then use the main HP link:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
I've found those links to be unreliable if you're using Win10 and the new Edge Browser; so if you are, you need to use something else, like FireFox.
Good Luck

@WaWood,
I approached a local technician as HP repair is costly in my country. He told me that my LCD screen is working properly. Is it a possible that the LCD port is connected to both the graphic cards (Intel and AMD) whereas the HDMI is connected to just Intel card? because old or new drivers cannot detect the AMD card itself as I mentioned previously.
