Hola buenas noches. Me sucedió lo siguiente..luego de presentar un error la pc hp..donde me indicaba que tenían que reiniciarse el equipo y empezó un conteo. Luego de eso,la apago manualmente  y desde ese momento no me encendió más...solo prende la luz blanca a un costado pero la pantalla no enciende...que puedo hacer ek este caso. Por favor nesecito de ayuda
