Microsoft Windows 11

Tengo una hp stream - 14-cb171wm, le instalé windows desde 0 y ahora no coge ningún driver de video (está trabajando con el básico de Microsoft por lo que no puedo regular el brillo y no tengo dedicado nada de memoria a video). He probado instalar el driver de video (los originales los perdí): desde hp support, intel support, desde el controlador de dispositivos, windows update, driver pack y driver booster. Con windows 10 v1709, windows 10 v1909, windows 10 (última versión) y windows 11. Todos los intentos fallidos, algunos me dañan el sistema operativo y tengo q restaurar, otros dan código 43 y si lo fuerzas pasa lo primero, otros me dicen que no es compatible. Entonces pensé algún problema de hadware... pero hago los diagnóstico UEFI de hp y todo perfecto. HELP!

I'm surprised that W11 didn't automatically install the Intel HD graphics driver.

 

See my knowledge base article at the link below for how to manually install the latest W11 graphics driver for your notebook.

 

Updating the Latest HD Graphics Driver from Intel...Skylake,... - HP Support Community - 7185608

 

Since you have the Microsoft Basic display adapter installed, you manually update the driver from that device.

 

Also...now there are two graphics driver folders inside the main file.  You want to use the driver from the Graphics Gen9 Gen11 folder.
