Hi everyone,
I ordered a 15-inch HP Envy from Amazon. The link: https://www.amazon.com/HP-x360-Touchscreen-Laptop-Backlit/dp/B08QH2BNY9/ref=pd_rhf_ee_p_img_1?_encod...
The webpage said that it has a maximum 3840x2160 display (see "Display Resolution Maximum" for this product under the "Compare with similar items section"). However, when I try to change the display settings on my laptop, it only lets me go up to 1920x1080. All of the computer's other specs seem to be the same as advertised on the Amazon page, except for this one. Did Amazon send me the wrong computer, or is there something I don't know about how to get it up to 4K?
Another oddity is that the model on the bottom of the computer says that it is a 15mee-0013dx, but the "About" page in settings says that it is a 15m-ee0xxx.

No, the link CLEARLY says it has
15.6" diagonal FHD, IPS, micro-edge, WLED-backlit, multitouch-enabled, edge-to-edge glass, 250 nits, 45% NTSC (1920 x 1080). Touch, tap, glide and make the most of Windows 10.
You can connect to 3840x2160 Pixels when using an external monitor using HDMI port or USB-C port (with a right adapter).
Regards.
